1. General
The competition is organized by OEKO-TEX Service GmbH (hereinafter referred to as OEKO-TEX®). By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.

Participation in the competition takes place during the Neonyt fair 2024. To participate in the competition, the following step must be carried out:

The competition begins on 27th January 2024 and ends on 31st January 2024 (11:59 p.m. CET).
4. Eligibility to participate
All-natural persons aged 18 and over with permanent residence in a European country are eligible to participate. Current employees of OEKO-TEX® are prohibited from participating. The organizer's decision is final, and the prize cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged for another prize
Participation takes place on our website (https://www.oeko-tex.com/en/neonyt-giveaway) during the period 27/01/2024 - 31/01/2024.
5. Prize
The winner will be determined at random and announced via private message within seven (7) days of the end of the competition. If the prize is not claimed within three (3) working days of the notification of the prize, OEKO-TEX® reserves the right to make the prize available to other participants.
Prizes will be sent by post. The prize cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged for another prize. OEKO-TEX® reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner before issuing the prize.
6. Exclusion from participation
OEKO-TEX® is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as a violation of the conditions of participation, attempted manipulation, improper behavior, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. The use of multiple social media profiles to increase the chances of winning is not permitted and will result in exclusion from participation.
7. Right to terminate/modify the competition
OEKO-TEX® can modify the competition at any time and reserves the right to terminate the competition for a good cause. Termination for good cause can in particular occur if the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
The organizer's decision is final. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Swiss law shall apply.
